The first step in the process is the initial consultation. The initial consultation is a private meeting with one of our attorneys, usually lasting about ninety minutes.

At the initial consultation, we ask you questions about your situation, as well as your goals and concerns.

It is our first opportunity to listen to you and to begin to understand what is important to you. You should expect to leave the initial consultation with a basic understanding of the legal issues you are facing.
