Bernadette Schneider

Bernadette Schneider (she/her) supports her clients through a desire to make difficult moments a little bit easier. Bernadette recognizes the complexities of each unique family and adapts to meet her client’s needs.

Bernadette received her law degree from Brooklyn Law School where she was an Ellenbogen Fellow and Vice President of the Moot Court Honor Society: Trial Division. While at law school, Bernadette focused her studies primarily on intellectual property law. She was a member of the Brooklyn Sports and Entertainment Law Blog, where she contributed articles on legal changes in the content-streaming industry.

Prior to law school, Bernadette served as an intern for the Baltimore City State’s Attorney, assisting victims of domestic violence and child abuse.

Originally from the Philadelphia area, Bernadette received her B.A. in Psychology, B.S. in Criminal Justice, and Certificate in Victimology, cum laude, from Shippensburg University.

Bernadette lives in New York City with her cat Beanie.
