Ms. Phillips joined Donohoe Talbert LLP in September 2017. She was previously a litigation associate with Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP, where she focused her practice on securities litigation, securities enforcement and white collar criminal matters. Ms. Phillips graduated cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2015.
Before attending law school, Ms. Phillips worked as a legal assistant in the Estates & Personal Group of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where she developed her passion for working with individual clients. While in law school, Ms. Phillips was the Interschool Competitions Editor of the Brendan Moore Trial Advocates and was an active competitor with the trial advocacy center. As a law student, she was also an intern with the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. While at Fordham, Ms. Phillips was awarded the Fordham Law Alumni Association Medal in Constitutional Law and the Hugh R. Jones Award for excellence in Constitutional Law, Criminal Justice and Professional Responsibility. Ms. Phillips graduated cum laude from Bates College with a B.A. in Politics in 2010. She is originally from Stamford, Connecticut.
