Ms. Fogg joined Donohoe Talbert LLP in March 2015. She previously practiced complex commercial and financial litigation as an associate with Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in Menlo Park, California. Ms. Fogg graduated with Pro Bono Distinction from Stanford Law School in 2013 where she was a senior editor of the Stanford Law & Policy Review.
While in law school, Ms. Fogg developed a passion for working directly with individual clients through externing for the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office and representing indigent defendants in her law school’s Criminal Defense Clinic. She has also interned for the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. Before attending law school, Ms. Fogg worked as a corporate paralegal in the Financial Institutions Group at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz in Manhattan. She graduated magna cum laude from Yale University with a B.A. in History in 2008. Ms. Fogg is originally from Oyster Bay, New York.
